@Andy J. - Why don't you defer the ballot entry until 2013 and run the GFA next year........only kidding.

Well done and good luck BTW.

Myself and my wife have just entered for this, we ran Victoria Park a couple of weeks back for the Barts and the London Charity run. a good nice flat course with a great pub at the entrance for a chance to unwind and grab some lunch after the race.

Been laughing a bit too loud at the comments but  it is good humoured and I am happy to run for the cause and I betcha it will be a great day.

BTW - I am a straight man but in the wrong trainers I do pronate to the right

Thanks Tom,

Simply disabling Java/JavaScript alone worked fine but if there are any error messages [particularly when choosing username/password for Real Buzz]they do not display.

Took me around 20-30 minutes to complete, it very slow but I got there in the end.....a bit like my 2010 VLM I expect.

All very well having modern technology guys but it would probably add an extra fiver to the entry fee. Personally I would rather not pay the extra for a 10k and run a few more races.

Also, 26 hours to publish the results is pretty good

Well done Johnb - I made 296, happy with that also, and improving.

Great day out and exceptionally well organised and marshalled [as metioned previously] did a PB but my day wasn't as lucky as Rowan's

Well done dough boy, I have also been doing some speed work for around 6 weeks managed 49:54 [over 45 category] but I ran an equal split and sprinted the last 30 metres so strategically it went well. Will be looking towards my last 10k of the summer season - Swansea Bay in September - and knock a minute or so aff at least.

Great circuit, highly recommended for first timers and PB's alike.
