my daughter aged 13 and a regular runner can't touch her toes or even really get her egs to 90 degrees without huge, crying pain - why anyone any ideas? been going on about a year despite normal type post and pre run stretching(mild)??? jo
anyone got any good ideas about staying visible at dusk/dark? I run in a bright green jacket with reflective piping but still feel on the brink of being run over when I run at 4.30pm around country lanes. Anyone know about stick on flashing lights or anything. Don't want to resort to treadmill @ gym and find running in morning impossible.
I am a thread virgin- and I can honestly say I haven't laughed so much for ages. What brilliant advice all round. All I can add to evil pixie's questions are 'well done for all that running with an extra 2 stone on you' !! -are you sure you are really that over weight. I find the pounds fall of when I start proper training ie. every day. How often do you run??
