yes, gotta agree with the immodium bit. just in case............ better safe than sorry. no seriously...... don't have anything that you haven't run on before. whatever works for you. something that is low GI and nutritious will be fine.
the WRN has got a couple of new members - many complete beginners. you'll be completely fine and a lot more experienced! it would be great to see you there - we're going to be cheering other WRN members and other people we know running - with g& t's or beers in hand :-). it'll be fun. no, as you've probably gathered i'm not running this year. do come along as it'll be really social and a lot of fun. i'm hoping to do it in 2006. so i'm planning to make the most of 2005 - cheering on other runners with a G&T in hand is my idea of good time!
