if you have a seperate folder for the files that you download/upload to then there is no problem. However if you just let any p2p software do as it pleases them you are asking for trouble.

Limewire, shareazza etc are file sharing services, which in themselves are not illegal. However, the practise of sending copyrighted music or documents is. Scrummy, the people that have downloaded music etc from your computer have broken the law, however, I am afraid to say that you daughter probably has too. The program asks you which folders you are willing to share and any files that are in these folders are liable to be downloaded.

Unfortunately I do not think that legally there is anything that you can do. I would advise that you change credit card / bank etc details.
