Hi Choisty, I've been looking at your program up till February and it looks like a good one, I'm aiming for a 2h50 in the summer and wouldn't mind having a shot at something similar. Any chance you can post the program from Feb till your marathon? Good luck with your training, looks like you are doing really well. |

I do actually enjoy running up hill but I hate running down. I always seem to push on when racing/training on hills. The splits below are from my Garmin Splits as follows 6.44 6.24 6.44 7.26 6.50 6.49 6.10 7.05 7.02 6.47 6.50 6.09 6.56 6.48 6.53 6.46 7.00 7.03 7.01 6.53 4.02 |

I know 5 seconds in it is kinda leaving it close! Because it was a rolling start I had no idea how far people were infront or what pace people were running behind. My aim was to run at marathon pace and for me personally the rolling start suited as I could then chase others, as a mass start would have resulted me running pretty much alone I reckon. Jaffa cakes rock! |

My Garmin measured 20.60 may have lost signal at some point due to trees etc. I really can not fault this race, big pat on the back to the race director and his team. Good running Ironduke I want to see good things from you come April 25th! |

| Done the full this year, had -2 conditions, it was so cold to begin with but a very enjoyable race once running through the parks. Well organised and supported and great Expo. |
