Hi Tony,

Glad to see you are back into your running again after all the issues you have had.Being a fellow NRR,i remember you bombing around the streets of newquay on weds nights during the winter.I'm sure you'll do well in Paris if selected and getting this far must have given you plenty of motivation.

Jelleybaby, you can find all relevant info on cornwall ac web site.Only the date shown at the moment. The entry fee is very reasonable between £10/£15 which includes a pasty.

The marathon is a two lapper resonably flat with small undulations, but there are two notable climbs at 7.5miles and 9.5miles,you will encounter them again at 19.5miles and 21.5miles.The other thing is the exposure to the wind along the north cliff road between 5 and 7 miles. In recents years its been rather windy, but hopefully it'll be a fine day next year.

The race also includes a 20miler for those training for London or other marathons.
