My body seems to work to a fairly simple rule of decreasing physical activity as the day wears on. I get up at 5:00 for a 5:30 run which is brill this time of year, yeah it sucks in the winter, but I tend to use my treadmill then, as there are no street lights or pavement where i am, so it's not too bad. gradually through the day I do less and less until finally its bed time . I've tried running later in the day, but i can't seem to get it together the same as I can in the morning.
I travel a lot on business and would find it really useful if i could find details of runs ,trails in the town i've arrived in. Does anyone out there know of a national database on the lines of the run london route finder?
