I am getting dizzy too after a run. But I am already taking pills for high blood pressure! Does this mean that I should take them after the run rather that before? |

Hi, Does anyone have this issue? (Feb 2008) Happy to buy. This issue contained a time based training programme that I used this year and got me a PB at last Sunday's London Marathon (I improved by a whole 15 mins!) The issue is no longer available via quality magazines nor ebay. |

Name: Sheila Ejalu Brief running history: Am on to my 7th marathon in over 11 yeards and at 45 yyears of age, I have very lttle time left to improve my race time. Reason why you should train me: My dream is to entire the "4hr, anything marathon time. "club". Just to be in that club would be an achievement. (4hrs 59mins, 59secs) would be enough for me. I have inspired many people who never thought they could run a marathon to have a go. because if i can do it, so can they. However, bar one, every one of them is a better run than I. i seem to recruit people to beat me. "If happy little blue birds fly to the finish line, oh why, oh why can't i?"!. Predicted time: 5.30 or so Again!!! Desperately Seeking : 4.59. |
