Morning all, looks like everyone is doing well ATM.
Took it easy on the diet this week, stayed fairly stable. Nite shifts destroyed me earlier this week so a trip to the gym this morning was all I managed, even then it was limited to bike, cross train, planking and a few upper body weights. Maybe Monday for an outside plod, we'll see.
Good luck to all of those WAISTers who are pitting themselves against the clock this weekend, me, I'm vegging today, watching the footy at 3 and working tomorrow.
