I ran this in 2006 and got a personal best of 3.42, its a good run you start with the half marathoners so don,t get carried away. pretty flat most of the way. I left some gels hidden half way round and picked up on second lap, I hope you all have a good run and I hope to seeyounext year.

hello alison i have run this a few times, always cold, always 2 minutes slower then i want, but always feel great for christmas. i,m in.

hello achy leg i ran brentford half in 1.35 then ran the shakespere marathon in 3.42, both pretty flat races. i think everyone is different my 10k is 43 mins not great, i  run halfs better.
