yeh caro, that will work, as long as no one goes over what your max bid is. Some people will bid in small incrediments just to beat it by a few pence.

for future transactions i would put the bid in last second, but thats just a suggestion!

good luck with it!

caro, best ebay technique is to leave the auction right up to the last half minute, agree with yourself on a sky's the limit bid and place it in just before the timer hits zero...thats what most people do (i had to learn that the hard way a few times)

only risk is your internet cutting out just as you hit refresh but it seldom happens.

Loads of my mates graduate this year, makes me laugh at the fact im only just going!

You can eat porridge on a normal day, dont be scared of the carbs; it will keep you feeling fuller for longer and the monounsaturated fats in porridge oats are good for you.

The wheat intolerance thing is easily avoidable, the wierd pasta stuff is absolutely fine - like i said pasta is pasta and untimately it does the same job. Your doing fine, nicky, just use the alternatives and keep the rest of it healthy

Rice crispies are ok i suppose, although i kind of think of them as a junk food because they are so mooreish and i cant just have one bowl! The beef with special K really is the special K crash diet thing and as such i actively campaign against them. I think it is really irresponsible to encourage crash dieting over the tv and in the papers, and the government should have a say in it; the nations obesity is getting worse and claiming you can fix it by eating cereal twice a day in place of a proper meal is absoultely ridiculous and will, if anything, slow metabolic rate and end up causing more weight to be put on at the end of the day.
