Hi Lombster. I'm hoping to go sub 3 but not sure I've quite done enough training. I did 3.09 last year and am in better shape but that extra 9 minutes is going to be tough. My dilemma is whether to start at 6.45 minute pace and plan for the inevitable slow down at the end or to to go for even pacing. My worry is that if I start too quickly I'll 'blow-up' at the end. However, I tend to slow down slightly over the last 10k so think I will need to have some time in reserve. Decisions, decisions...Anyway, good luck everyone and enjoy the final 2 weeks of training. Hopefully the weather will sort itself for the big day!
