Hi Mennania. I think I read in one of the old P&D threads that you have an excel spreadsheet that works out a specific training schedule based on your targeted marathon time? If you still have this is it possible to PM to me as I'm planning to use P&D for the Chester marathon in October? If so, it would be very much appreciated!!!
Did anyone start from Withdean Park last year? Would like to know whether it's really worth walking the extra distance to get there or to just start at Preston Park and enjoy the better (I would assume) atmosphere?
