SparkyMark- youve done a fab job in replying to everyone on here. Was great to catch up last Friday, check out my photos elsewhere!!

Everyone who has entered- let me know your race numbers when you get them and I'll try and give you all a 'personal' cheer as I did last year.

 As for cavemen, a poor turn out last year... maybe it should be compulsory that all men running should be dressed as Tarzan

It may only be the middle of September but I'm on the case already...

I know there are a few of you out there who have already entered and will no doubt soon be receiving numbers..... if you would like an extra cheer from those of us who are marshalling then let  me know your number and I will do my bext to make as much noise as possible as you run past me- I have a reputation for being rather loud when supporting!

For those who have not yet entered... what's keeping you?!

p.s. for those of you who love race mementos... this years promises to be even better than last...

Winchester isn't that much closer to home than Bicester DB!! After Herbert's Hole I'm not sure about any MT any more but the distance is tempting....

Was checking out the coastal one today and that looks even worse than HH. When's Oakley?

Kent, not silly at all.... undulations are ok if you know they're going to be there. Bl**dy great hills are fun too every now an again.... at least training in Cornwall I'll soon be used to them!
