I would say that it is not PVF as this affects regular days not just during/after exercise, but I'm no expert other than my own personal experience.

If you have a read of some of the forums on this site http://www.postviralfatigue.me.uk/forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=987 you will see how it affects the person.

I hope you find out what the problem is and wish you a speedy recovery.

I continued exercising with a virus and have ended up with post viral fatigue and haven't run since March. Rest. It really isn't worth risking it.
