This is a really nice write up by Ian Corless from the Talk Ultra podcast

Lirish.  for May there is plenty of places left at the moment. We are almost 1/3 full.  For October - there may be 1 or 2 race-only places left, and about 20 places with accommodation.  We will start a waitlist again.  We had 60 people on the waitlist last year.

Don't be so miserable.  If it wasn't for forums and facebook you wouldn't know any races were on. If you don't like a thread title, don't read the post.  The events are also all on Runners World own calendar.

Finally, Dusk til Dawn gives 100% profit to Macmillan Cancer Support.  We raised £1100 last October.

Hopefully you'll get a little perspective and ensure you are better briefed before you post something as thoughtless next time.

Good to have you along. No bottling this time. The Grim Sweeper scared a good few last time I think. Good choice with the accommodation. A lot of repeat entries have had accom again. You can check in about 3:30pm relax before the race briefing.

The May event willl be a good warmup for the SDW 100 as you say. The October race will probably round off the season for many.
