Lovely and clear today on the run and no wind hope its the same next weekend. Going to be a few puddles down on the hayling billy line unless we have a heat wave this week .

Hi,

I have a spot for the brighton marathon that i will be unable to use due to a spinal injury i'm gutted that i cant run
