Thanks very much for the advice. Adam - I do normally just go out and run without giving it too much thought I have only this last week started doing any hill sessions after reading posts on here. What kind of intervals do you suggest I start with?
I have been running on and off for the last few months I run 3 times a week between 2 and 6 miles at a time. My 10k time has gone from 1hr 7 mins to just under 1hr, how can I now improve my time, I dont seem to be getting much faster?
Ive been running on and off for the last year now, ive never had my gait analysed. Im thinking I should really go and get it done as Im looking to buy a new pair of running shoes and have no idea which 1s to get. What can I expect? Will I have to run on a treadmill etc?
