hallo Hallo

Thanks for all the birthday wishes, I had a FAB day.

LL - we had dicky tummies last week was vile, I hope you feel better soon.  Wee fella's eyes are clearing up a bit now.  Thank god, eye drops aren't fun.

Yay for meeting Mokina.  Sounds ace.

A big ol day here, we took C onto the Santa Train - a big old steam train with, yes you guessed, Santa.  Mince pies and tea for us and a wee parcel for C (a nice buggy book).  Carols and an accordion on the train.  Don't think Mr Pie knew where to put himself.  LOL.

Oh yes I did a 5K this morning - parkrun.  Nae bad considering I was having champers cocktails late the night before

NIght night

Hi

Well done on the weight loss Slugsta Claus, impressive.

Poor Ellie and grandma

I've had loads of conflicting advice about what to feed C, we were told bananas.  The health visitor said worst case stop his milk and the doc said no to that.  Not easy when the experts can't agree.  We've had a mad few days..  sickness all round at the weekend and then the wee man got conjunctivitis..

Went to the jogscotland group at work and we did 4M a kind of mock XC session.  1M on roads to a park and back and 2M of playing follow the leader on grass and hills.  Was interesting.  I've been crap at fitting running in since starting at work so decided anything is better than nothing.  Did 2.5 miles yesterday and I sneaked 2 miles tonight, ran to beautician and back (eyebrow wax).  What they made of me in my ron hills and gore jacket I don't know.
