JMC - PF and Morton's Neuroma, in the same foot. Struggling to run successive days atm. Tried all the icing, rolling, rolling on ice, stretches etc. Not had shockwave therapy (yet). The neuroma requires surgery.

J8 - Might be able to squeeze 10 with you all on Sunday before work if you're starting at 8am. I'll drop that film off later at track. Foot sore again

J8/GBM/FOAR/SARQ/RC - Thanks for the run today. That was tough! Really struggling for breath on everything flat or uphill. Can't wait to shake off the lurgy..

J8 - I'll give you a bell..

According to the RW US forum thread Heartbreak Hill is 0.4 miles long and has a rise of about 80 feet. New Zealand Road is half a mile and has an overall 90ft of climb. I think the difference is that Heartbreak Hill occurs just after 20 miles, right where you don't really want to be slogging up such a hill.

J8 looked very fresh this evening. Almost a man possessed .
