not had deep fried mars bar but I have had chocolate cake for breakfast it was a birthday at work yesterday and I was offsite so they saved me a piece
I have a puppy who clambers into the chair to sit on my lap - I've tried to explain to him that he is the wrong size of puppy for this but he is very determined, Taken him out for a walk this morning, he gets better at one thing and then fails at another - this morning he'd forgotten about roads
club run last night was very cold but glad I forced myself out to do it
just spoke to Mr FF - he is not a happy bunny. He's been waiting 2 weeks following his ankle x-ray expecting to see a specialist, and the appointment was with a fracture doc - he doesn't have a fracture -arrrggghhh! so now he has to go to docs to get a referral to the right person
Sluggy that is great that SM is happy in her dementia. there was an old lady at my mum's nursing home who went totally batty in the most jolly way - that's the way I would like it if it happens to me.
Hi Spence, no I didn't do the 10k - crikey Helen is super speedy! I did see her at the parkrun she was volunteering. you definitely have a sub 2 in there somewhere
oh Chuggy that virus sounds absolutely awful
parkrun was fab, over 500 people turned up though and they ran out of tokens lots of people turn up for inaugurals so I'm sure it will be much quieter next time. I started near the back and it was so congested I did the 1st mile a minute slower than the next 2 so no PB this time, which means I'll have to do it again.
