quality Omar!

I think it's a combination of having something on my mind and not thinking about the run, and the right music. I just found myself drifting off thinking about stuff, enjoying being outside and running, the music went to my fast paced selection and my pace got faster but steady for a while and woosh. Fab stuff now if I could get that on an organised run with the sense of acheivement at the end that would be the cherry on the cake

I can only find really old threads so time to start another one. I've just got back on the road after some boring but only possible treadmill runs and felt an amazing rush at about 50 mins into the run, was amazing, just felt like could run and run, it all became easy and steady!

I think this could become quite addictive. I wouldn't go so far as to say who needs sex and booze but what a feeling What are others thoughts on the well debated runners high?
