You're mixing strength & ballistic movements, the three strength movements you're using (lunges, leg press, deadlifts) will all exercise quads, gluteus and hams, but have a quad bias. Your rep ranges vary from extremely high endurance through to hypertrophy. It's difficult to see what you're trying to achieve with this program, it doesn't actually do one thing or another.

Resuscitation times vary depending on pre existing conditions, age etc, there's no set time, or number of shocks. 40 minutes of full on CPR would be considered a long time. Give it up guys, t'was a valiant effort at thread resuscitation.
