Week 3 of running plan started on a treadmill in a hotel gym yesterday. The hotel gym was a very small, hot room with about 4 bits of gym equipment. Luckily one of those was a clunky treadmill. It makes me remember how much I hate running inside, but at least it meant I can tick another day off.
Managed to get tickets for Hamilton - due to go in March 2018 - not long to wait then
