All this talk of building base fitness, training plans and easy PBs - sorry I have nothing to offer. If you want advice on what's on telly - I'm your woman. Wasn't it XB using the base fitness heart rate thing?

To enter the menopause debate - the peri-menopause phase can include many of the symptoms without actually registering on any blood test, or three month clear assessment. Temporary but annoying!
Next week we will have FC5 just for a week of respite. Looking forward to it. Have also been asked if we might consider offering respite for a family who foster an autistic boy. Not till next year but will need to build up gradually as he doesn't adapt eel to change.
