Did this one last year and really enjoyed it (though I didn't bust a gut). This year I intend to go at gut-busting speed!

Just printed out the entry form for the 'St. Clare Hospice 10K Sunflower Run' but was hoping to do this one first (the 10K is the week after).
Obviously I'd have to enter on the day so can't help with when the race no. will get to you.
Hope you both enjoy the day (don't go off too fast from the start).
