Hi All, only just seen this thread, looks like I need to join.

Sub 3:30 or bust, looks like you and I have similar stories.I did a 3:39:46 back in 2002 but since then have only managed 3:56(03),3:58(04)& 3:55 this year. Cant seem to get back near my PB.Will have to do a lot more training than my usuall:sit on me @rse til Nov,train a little Dec then start a schedule in Jan. Will need to lose about a stone(at least)! Really want to keep my levels of fitness up this year, plan to start hitting some 10ks soon. Then when the weather starts to cool again(oct) plan to start hitting 1/2s.Then hopefully come Jan I will be a lot fitter than the norm and hit some serious Training Schedule.

Well thans the idea anyway???????????????

Lanto in Panto..I like it! I'm planning on just 10ks til about August, then Im gona start hitting the 1/2s B4 I up my Training for London in Jan. So Windsor sounds a good one for me to aim for.Used to live in Wiltshire so the Swindow can be a chance to catch up with old mates???Will consider both.

Mmmm This free BEER thing is starting to twist my arm(and my Taste buds). I have been thinking about stepping up to 2 Marathons a year to stop me becoming the Couch potato that I usually turn into Post FLM.I dont remember you mentioning the FREE BEER,DONNA???Either I missed it or you are thinking of my every increasing waist line.

Sarah/Donna Whats the actual date for Berlin? Was considering the Abingdon Marathon, as it falls just right,(mid Oct) in the middle of FLM's.Plus it is said to be easy to get into and a flat fast course. Thou I must admit its hardly Glamourous(thats probs spelt wrong) sounding!

FFFFFFRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE BEER!!! Is that unlimited FREE BEER...........The cheep skate in me is coming out now.Not to mention the boarderline Alcoholic.

Whys my BOY not uploaded yet.The Moderators of this site are probably sick of approving my ever-changing face!

Yours restingly

Im Glad everybody likes the New Hair do.
Umpalumpa has been the most common gag at work. However I have also had Crusty the Clown,TinTin and Viv from d young ones???

Did I hear talk of 10k's??? Thats all I intend to do for a little while.Would like to get a time under 42mins if its in me.Sub 40 would be even better but I could be stretching things a little too far there. Looking at any from early May til August in Essex, Kent, Herts, London areas.
