| If you get there for 7.15 it will give Liane a chance to get your details and hook you up with another runner of a similar pace. We set off at about 0745. There are showers and bar afterwards. Yes, Hockey Club in Armstrong Road |

Michael We cater for all levels, and we certainly have a quite a number of perople who run at that pace, myself included. If you come along on a Wednesday we can hook you up with someone who runs at a simular pace. You can try us out for free by coming along as a guest for 3 Wednesdays, and if you like it you can join. If you decide not to join that's no problem and it will have cost you nothing. Check out the website www.maidstoneharriers.co.uk, or find us on Facebook. |

That's the wonderful thing about this sport, we can enjoy it whatever our standard. Course marshals were mostly supplied by Miadstone Hockey Club, with a few of our Harriers thrown in at the hot spots. |

With thanks to Sainsburys, we now have the goody bags. As well as your t shirt and medal, you'll get a bottle of water, bag of crisps and a banana in a Sainsburys bag for life. Also thanks to Water for Work who have donated the water for the water stations on the course. |
