Before today is over i wanted to decide on my challenge for my 60th year - soooooo here goes!!!

This Sept i will do Loch Ness marathon again in the hopes ofcbeating my previous rubbish tiime - PLUS after a day or twos rest i will cycle from Inverness to Fort William (approx 66 miles)

This challenge will be for MIND the mental health charity and for Cancer Research - my wonderful back up team (ie my hubby) will set up a donation page online if over the next few months you or anyone you know wish to donate???

Well as if we havent got enough to worry about - apparently two blokes in a blue corsa have tried to snatch women runners in a couple of villages only 3 miles away from me!!!!

Whats wrong with people???? Why cant we be just lefft alone to get on with gettinv fit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside???

I find getting out for a run stressful enough sometimes without this added worry!!!

You all take care out there espesially the girlies - ness x
