Always the excuses Stevie G... what wind?? Only kidding of course... very annoying crosswinds particularly on the way back, so you couldn't even rudely tuck in behind someone. Thanks again for the trip!
Thanks for the replies... sorry to take my time replying.. found a local one which offers Ilyengar which sounds good! I suppose it all depends on exactly where you are most tight as to which style benefits! Body Balance seems worth exploring too... yoga and pilates , and thai chi combined - thanks for the ideas
I was wondering if anyone has any tips on the best types of yoga for runners or if pilates is better? Which would offer the most benefits when it comes to increasing flexibility? Presumably yoga but there seems to be quite a few different types so does anyone have any advice on which is most suited to runners?
