Afternoon all. been a chaotic few days with snow down here in West Cornwall. Although had several snow days off teaching

An excellent post Mykey, I did something similar on facebook a while ago!
Hope your bust your stress soon Girlie nothing worse than worrying, I always find exercise helps especially run, just you and the roads (& music for me!)

Done some training today 20 min run to the gym then row, cycle, core routine & weights followed by lots of stretching. Getting tight calves at the moment. Saturday morning Im off for a 1 hour off road run around the trails at Loe Bar, in Helston/Porthleven if anyones heard of it, should be fun in the snow and awesome views.

Good luck to all the racers
