fantastic race, great scenery, really good spirit, excellent (and patient marshalls), free tea, and plenty of hills...

After a glorious return to running soon after FLM (a 13 miler through the forest), I have hit rock bottom and haven't pulled on my trainers for two weeks now. Work has got in the way, but the thought of running just isn't that appealing... I got this last time I did FLM, and didn't run again for 2 months, so I guess it's just a case of seeing whether I really can become Britain's fattest man, or whether the motivation slowly returns....
The pictures are great - it's always nice to find out that I (a) have one eye which is significantly smaller than the other, (b) less hair than I imagined I had, and (c) the makings of a curly mullet....
