Last week when walking from the train to the station I felt an odd tightness behind my left knee that is fairly painful. It feels like my hamstring is caught on something, and is most painful when pushing off on my toes when I'm just walking.
It doesn't bother me when i'm running as I very rarely take long strides (but I'm trying to work my way up to them!) but hurts the most when i'm walking or after I've been sat down for long periods.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? Am I going to have to spend loads of money on physio now?
