yes your iliom lumbar lig could become inflammed if your pelvis is "out" however it it keeps coming "out" after each adjustment then its hypermobile/unstable and that needs addressing also - can take time so be patient. just be confident that you WILL be fixed one day and not have to put up with it forever...

ps you can have ligament injections but thats another story for now...

yes he was helpful but there's not much difference in me seeing him every 1 or 4 weeks at the mo as my problem is specifically hypermobility and only stregthening will really stabalise which will take time. ligaments can take a long long time to recover after being overstretched.

i would say im only the guidance of tony/mark buck BUT its down to me to get ont with it

seeing buck nexts monday for next lot of exercises

for me the stregthening exercises are the most important thing as thats whats going to solve my problems in the long run. the met exercise just ensure your pelvis is in the "right position"

you need to take pressure off those ligaments

robters the key to it is building strength gradually. isolate, then integrate

my right SI is still hypermobile and any swimming leg kick is a no no for me - its quite dynamic
