Good luck Gregory. I ran at Gosford 2 years ago, nothing too severe from what I remember, only a little over my standard 10k time. A few twists and turns in places, otherwise ok. Course details are here if you want, but course elevation usually looks scarier on screen than in real life.
Maybe they had switched the Tracker off by the time I came though Paul.
Finished in 4:26, same time as in Belfast. It was a nice steady, even-paced run for once and I still felt good in the last couple of miles. Perfect day for the race, it even got a bit warm at one stage. Crowd support was great as always. Great running by the rest of you. What's the plan Jim, take the GFA and defer the ballot place?
Best of luck on Monday Alwyn and Colin and anyone else on the forum who is going to Dublin. Hope you have a good run and meet your targets. I will be in Wave 3 at the start so a wee bit behind you. I hope to stick with the pacers for as long as possible and try to get somewhere under 4:25.
