Maybe they had switched the Tracker off by the time I came though Paul.
Finished in 4:26, same time as in Belfast. It was a nice steady, even-paced run for once and I still felt good in the last couple of miles. Perfect day for the race, it even got a bit warm at one stage. Crowd support was great as always. Great running by the rest of you. What's the plan Jim, take the GFA and defer the ballot place?
Best of luck on Monday Alwyn and Colin and anyone else on the forum who is going to Dublin. Hope you have a good run and meet your targets. I will be in Wave 3 at the start so a wee bit behind you. I hope to stick with the pacers for as long as possible and try to get somewhere under 4:25.
Yes Mags, Greg is a sad loss, one of the regulars at so many races and a great friend of parkrun. He told me on the start line at Dervock two years ago that he had not been feeling well, but he still completed the marathon that day.
