i am meant to be doing the 10km in July but was out of action for a couple of weeks with an injury. now running (very slowly) again but can just about manage 5km..any advice on how to prepare for the race/whether 5 weeks is enough time! also, hope there are some slow runners doing it too.....
Hello I am very new to running (I did RFL last July in Regents Park) and am interested in joining a club in Islington/Hackney/City of London if possible (one that's beginner friendly, I don't run very fast). Thanks Caroline
