2.4k in the pool last night and cycling today (and possibly indoor rowing).
Kate, did you get your injured achilles sorted out? Mine's still playing up but have a new regime from the physio..strengthening the calf rather than stretching, which seems to be the new thinking and, from what I've read, gets good results. Of course I'm told I should try to avoid running up hills but that's easier said than done around here!
Track session last night had to be adapted due to the icy conditions and potential for slipping over. So first half hour was 3 min efforts and then 100m sprints (on the tarmac in front of the grandstand) for the rest of the session.
