Hello all, it's been a while. I had a read back a week ago as i'd started running again and felt the bug coming back. I'm just doing 6-12k on a treadmill at 5m/k pace at the moment but HR is now below 140 ave, weight's flying off and I even did 50k last week (44k on the dreadmill, 6k getting lost). I should hit 50k this week too so not too shabby. Very busy bobbing about the ocean so i'll probably just lurk, sorry, but well done and keep going! I've entered Tokyo semi elite ballot so hopefully i'll be succesful otherwise I may do an ultra in Dec/Jan as there are no marathons until May time over in Oz.
