Glad your back on the mend! and hopefully will be back to full training soon. Shame you weren't able to do the half sure you would have smashed your PB. i did the brighton half and got a PB but over 6 mins! so just turned 42 today and i the best running form of my life! boot camp really helped my running! it's been great to watch your's and colin's progress, and follow your blogs! good luck with injury, and hope to see you in paris at the end! you with a sub 2.40 and me with a 2.55 would be good.
good to see your training going so well and your blog still full and interesting! i've just done my first half in five years and got a huge PB gun time 2:22.47 but was longer distance so has been corrected to 2:20:48 so well chuffed with that! was hoping for a sub 3:15 in paris but if i stay injury free, i'll attempt sub 3hr.
good to see you and Lee doing so well, although shame about his injury. the physio at boot camp has really helped me! considering how bad i was on the day, have made great improvements. and running has become much easier! good luck with the rest of your training and hope to see you in Paris.
Yep have place for Paris so looking forward to it ! will prob do Amsterdam later in the year too and will hopefully get time to get into london for 2013. think i'll get time in paris as long as i stay fit!
shame neither of us got in! but didn't think we had much of a chance ? there was some very serious brown noses and bull going on lol didn't feel like i needed to go on about how much i raised or people's smiling faces ( needed a bucket after that one !) was just pissed it took over 24 hours to say you didn't get in ! could have told us that tues!
good luck for your targets be good to hear how you do ? and i'll let you know if i'm going to do the half ?
