Think the air conditioning must have blown the lurgy to Wabbits-ville as I have come down with something today. Throat is filled with daggers and knives and my neck and shoulders are as stiff and achey as can be!
Apart from that I am absolutely fantastic.
Happy New Year to you all. Haven't been around for a while. I am still alive (just) however the additional grey hairs and wrinkles on my face suggest I am ageing.
Hope all are well apart from Meldy who obviously isn't! Get better soon.
Can anyone elaborate on this little gem of a browser that is not letting me do anything and appearing every time I change pages on websites etc.
It is causing a particular problem on website Norton (which I assume is a safe site!!!). I am trying to renew my subscription but it presents me with a SAFE WEB ALLIANCE SCREEN and by choosing to proceed it takes me back a screen on the Norton website so haven't yet managed to get to the point where I can renew my subscription and pay for it.
Any ideas if this safe web alliance website is safe and if so how to remove the continuous screens?
Gosh, it's a tad cold today! Is it nearlys spring. I feel like hibernating in warren-land until the sun a shineth however I have Londinium marathon training ahead. GULP
Nick, tell Mrs M to keep active and not to give in to osteoarthritis. I haven't formally been diagnosed myself but I know I have it in my hands and knees. If I keep busy and active it is fine. If i am less active I surely feel it. My father had a severe dose of it in later life but continued being very active in walking and golfing. If he had not, he would have really struggled I think.
Mr H, life most definitely has to take a front seat at times. Running is important but in the greater scheme of things not when other things must take priority. Hope Mrs H is on the mend and soon to be well.
Well done DD on your mileage today. Keep strong.
Haven't exercised today but will swim and run tomorrow.
Redbonce, yes I can remember meeting you one year too! Well it was either 2003/4 or 5 as those are the years I have run London I think the middle year was one that I raised the money for local hospice in wabbit outfit so it wasn't then! Doesn't time fly when you are having fun! Erm.... Not that running London is FUN (Well it is after)!
Froggie, it's good to know that the memory of seeing me in a ridiculous outfit is greater than losing your hat ! What can I pop out of now?
JJ, I can categorically say looking at the photo the outfit was absolutely filthy. I remember I put it in the washing machine and took it back to the shop asking if they wanted me to pay for a replacement because it was ruined. They didn't realising I had raised money for charity. Good on them I say. I lesson learned though! NEVER run a marathon carrying buckets for pennies and coins when the heavens fall for the whole duration.
