What: 8 miles @ half marathon pace.

What: Lovely 4m run early this morning with the mist still hovering over the Regents Park lake followed by an hours cycling on the Turbo trainer this evening.
Why: Scheduled

What: am 6 miles hard on cross trainer, gym session and 20 minutes swimming drills done, pm 1 hours hard cycling.
Why: Still protecting a sore knee.
