well, i work 6days a week most of the time, we are into heavy production right now so we need to do 6 to 7 day's a week for the next month. i do get breaks 2 15min and 2 25min for lunch and supper. It would be hard to train during those times as i can't leave the property and am in safety boots and gear.
I work at Mc Cain's production plant and operate machines there. Got to tell ya, i LOVE my job but i also LOVE to run.
I'm going to for a run around 4am in the morning anyway--what the he--, i'm going to be tired from work anyway might as well be tired from something i love.
THANKS a million for the advice though- happy running to ya all. |

| Sorry to hear about your knee problems, they are the most important tool to running. I had a surgery myself about 2yrs ago now. i followed the surgery with 11mons of physio. i had a really hard time walking for 20 mins let alone running. Guess what? I'm running again and just completed my 5th marathon. Still running with pain at times but nothing a little rice can't fix and i have to run with a knee brace from now on but it's worth it. DON"T ever quit running it's all mind over matter, and how bad you want it. GOOD LUCK with the knee and keep running . Don't ever give up. you will be just fine.keep us up to date we would love to know how things are. Happy running to ya! |
