I used to make a great spinach curry from a RW recipe, but since moving house I cannot find the issue with the recipe anywhere! I cant seem to find it on line either. Can anyone help?
I was rather shocked when I looked at my diary and saw it was my works' four mile X country run tomorrow. It's starting at two so any ideas for breakfast and lunch please.
PS they must be easy to prepare and I can only get a gap to eat netween twelve and one tomorrow.
My wife goes to the gym 4-5 times a week and can easily do 20 mins on the tread mill. What she wants to know now is is to develop is it better to do 20 mins but faster or longer on the treadmill?
