Im going to be running my first ultra later this year, I dont want to keep using gels and want to try more 'normal' food to fuel me on my long runs. Any suggestions/ideas?
I used to make a great spinach curry from a RW recipe, but since moving house I cannot find the issue with the recipe anywhere! I cant seem to find it on line either. Can anyone help?
Sorry to disappoint it's the works X country but we have to take time off to do it!!!
