Bit of advice please.
I generally run anything up to 10k, but have signed up for the Bath Half Marathon on the 1 March, so have been upping my mileage,
I did 9.5 miles on Sunday, and when I went to the gym last night and tried to run on the treadmill, (planning to run a 10K), I had no energy especially in my legs.
Is this normal??
I say go for it, I have been running for 7 years now and am joining a club for the first time on Thursday!
Anyone doing the aboveon 9 June?
Fat free is even less tasty!!!!
Thing is is that I follow the Slimming World plan and full fat yog is a no no!!!
