A great local race, well marshalled, plenty of water & a great goody bag. Had a great run & really enjoyed the course. If you sort out the start and finish point it will be a superb race. I'll be back next year.

My Garmin also said 6.25 miles, so a little long.

And can you explain in all this when you fit in normal life, have you got more than 24 hours in your day. I'm with Roslyn missed a few days and you've added 4 pages of health and fitness, and all you need to know about salt.

Well done on fitting it all in and your definitely progressing well in great leaps and bounds.

Good running in this heat.. Its breezy but warm and muggy here. Your splits will also be affected by the lay of the land, even small steady uphills affect your pace hence your split. I know my miles 2 to 3 are going to be a slower split because of the route I take climbs in places with a steady half mile climb between those points.

Well done, I'm impressed at how you kept it a secret.  I really am very pleased for you. So we'll be keeping an eye on you now. Enjoy your training with the stars and hope to see you on the day.
