Hi all, After having ongoing Plantar Fascia /Achillees issues for the past 6 mths im looking at getting my gait analysed properly and if needed look at the orthotic option to address my issues, conventional treatment has not been very successful at all
So am wondering if any peeps on here have been to see Mr Bradeley and what sort of experience it was and if the treatment was successful in clearing up any issues.
Miles makes champions= basically applies to everyone whether youre a sub 2.10 elite to a sub 6 hour runner
To complete the distance comfortably and at a good speed for present ability you need time on your feet to develop the differenet physiological systems neededv to cope with the distance.and stress on your body.
You need to have a good solid aerobic base to support the quality running ,without that its very difficult to progress to your full potential.
I have to say that i agree with Moraghan , i ran a reosnable 1st marathon on the back of 4-5 runs a week a year later ran terribelly on the back of only 3 runs a week due to niggling injuriesin fact i had to walk after 18 miles, just didt have the strength needed to nail the last 10k.
