Going to try the P&D 55 mile week for the first time but will be adding in more 20 milers like someone has earlier said . I have been training hard most of the year so think I will take the first 2 weeks in December of to let any niggles clear up and then start my plan . Manchester marathon is the target where I will be looking to go sub 3hrs 15mins having ran 3hrs 17mins at it this year
Rich having took my PB at Manchester last year down to 3hrs 17mins I am back again hoping to duck below a dream 3hrs 15mins. Looking at your plan it seems a bit like my own from last year, I am also looking for some ideas on what I could improve this time round.
