bit scary but metcheck says it will between -1 and -3 with 12mm of rain during the ST Neots HM ! Mind you they said that 2 weeks before FLM07 and they were (very) wrong.

http://www.metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/14days.asp?zipcode=cambridge

Will be great to see lots of fellow fetchees by the looks of it including all of the above and the ubiquitous Katie/Kinky S . I feel like I know them already from lurking on the sub 3.30 thread for  a while.

adding myself:

  • aka billy (884) sub 1.39.31
  • Tim of MK  (#367)  1:50
  • SBS (#345) 2:15 4.
  • Delboy 1.55
  • Hashette (#451) 1.59
  • Velociraptor (#631) sub-1:37:43
  • eL Bee! (#632)  one pace behind Velociraptor because he's a  proper gentleman and isn't going for a personal PB
  • BigEvilC (#886) sub 1.33 but may blow up if I follow the 1.30 pacers!

I got a pair of spanking new 2130 (2Es for fat feet) from Milletsports a couple of weeks back after 3 pairs of 2120s and one pair of 2110s and have to say initial views are that they are the best and most comfortable (for me) so far. already done a couple of PBs in them. cost £70 all in as post was free and you get 5% if you have got anything from them before.

One for Claire, great race and really scenic but I was one of the guys (about 70 I think) who went the 'scenic' route after mile 1 then down a precipitous hill to join the slower ones. Could you find out how far that detour was. I think it was at least 0.5miles but my Polar gave my total as 14.5 miles ! (bit of weaving and shorter strides at end but couldn't be that much surely). If it was then a massive PB. Thanks for everything including changing the route and good comunication on whether it would be on or not and answering questions on this forum. By the way when will the results be up? One thing for next year make sure all marshalls concentrate especially at the bgeinning when so many people going the wrong way can't be good.
