hi gang, not been the best of weeks for me, training has been good for me recently with some good times to boot, too good to be true!!!!!!!!!!, Wed doctor diagnosed swine flu, and last night more anti biotics for a chest infection, at least the high temp has started to fall but feel very very weak. so anybody with small niggles etc, keep running at least you still can. |
