Well organised tough race with a downhill finish, shame it is the same days as the Trent Park Triffic Trail which I'd already entered
You don't mention stretching, my phyio recommended 30 seconds on each lower / upper calves and hamstrings twice daily after exercise - convenient as I cycle to work.
I also started yoga.
She also recommended towel scrunches as well as rolling a golf ball under that arch when sitting at work
