That sounds perfect for me. I am also a member of Fitness First and have been meaning to try out Halifax. Do you know a 13.1 mile route? Email me at stephenauker@hotmail.com Steve |

To be brief; Does anyone want to challenge themselves with a 20 mile training run. Will be nice and slow (around 3:15 hours plus). FLAT terrain, on the Leeds/Liverpool canal tow path. Date: Saturday 16th May. Time: 06.30am. Finish: Keighley. You will need to arrange a lift back to the start. But I will provide the gylcogen re-fuelling and hydration. Emails please, with your details to; stephenauker@hotmail.com Cheers Steve |

Sorry there are no recordings of the result, that is why we brought in the Running Imp clock on the start/finish gantry, so you could record your own time. However, if the entries are good for the 2nd year, we will have 'chip timing' and published results. Here are the photos; http://www.talkingwebpages.co.uk/fileybay/photos2008.htm Steve |
