Hi Flynn,

do you know the answer to my question about transfering my number to a club mate if I can find someone else who wants to do it?

I have though now got my number. The question I have is: My running club is so big there is bound to be someone who might want to do it. In fact one guy did sound interested. Could I give him my number and change the name on your records to his if he decides to do it?

Update:
After a good Wokingham half (1:26:20) and an OK Bramley 10 (65:08) a combination of illness, busy-ness and laziness meant that for the next month or so I did almost nothing.

As a result, by the time I lined up for the Silverstone half last weekend, rather than thinking 1:25 I was doubting I would break 1:30.

so it proved - I did a dissappointing 1:33:07 and the last three miles really hurt.

As a result I have decided to withdraw from the Halstead marathon. There is no way I can get fit enough to do myself justice.
